The Curious Markings Mission
If not for the tremendous supports in place by the Foothills Hospital, the City of Calgary, the Canadian healthcare system, and organizations like the Schizophrenia Society of Canada, I would never have become healthy enough to have the capacity to share my experiences and oddities with the world.
That is why I am sending a minimum of 50% of all Curious Markings Co. profits to the Schizophrenia Society of Canada and other people and programs that support schizophrenic people. Additionally, when the project reaches sufficient size, I will be sending other portions of cMc's profits to other charities, projects, and research related to psychosis, mental health, language, art, and open-source technology.
If cMc's profits ever exceed the means for a dignified living for my employees and family, I will hire an ethics specialist to ensure a path away from opulence and continually toward altruism, love, and justice.
